We have a proven track record in providing access to justice

In the following types of matters, we do work on a 'no win no charge' basis if we are satisfied that the matter has merit:

• Insurance litigation including work injury
• Medical and health dispute

We do not charge up lift (25% success) fees.

In family law matters, we either charge you as a private client or if eligible, we apply legal aid rates.
